Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council is made up of people across the world to assist in moving the company forward in our DEI journey. This group of individuals provide insight and feedback to our leadership team and the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, who then develops strategy and direction for the company.

Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are one of the many ways we drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Stats Perform. These Employee Resource Groups are voluntary, employee-led groups that are aligned with our DEI vision, mission, goals, and business practices.

These ERGs seek to enhance communication, education, outreach, and development of our diverse employees.

Women of Stats Perform

Our mission is to create an environment where women can thrive at Stats Perform and within the business of Sports and Technology.

The Women of Stats Perform Employee Resource Group seeks to make a difference for the company by researching and recommending solutions to issues affecting women; raising the visibility of women; providing opportunities for women to develop leadership skills and broaden their network; and reaching out to women, students and teens in our community.
