Lisa Ackerman is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at STATS, working to develop and expand customer relations with STATS’ partners across the portfolio. Lisa joined STATS in 2018 with more than 18 years of experience in client services and operations management, most recently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at SumTotal Systems LLC. Lisa received her Bachelor of Science from the School of Communications at Northwestern University.
