Stats Perform has become the first betting data firm to sign up to a new data standard created by the International Betting Integrity Association.
The company first joined the IBIA in calling for a set of global best practice standards and for greater regulation of the data industry in May, with both parties warning that the Covid-19 pandemic had reinforced the need for more robust data guidelines. The IBIA called on other data providers to collaborate in the process to define the standard.
