Team Summary: Featuring AI-assistive modules designed to support the typical workflow adopted by a performance analysis department, Edge Analysis helps analysts build a better understanding of a team’s playing characteristics, ball distribution, player roles and changes to team shape during different phases, which are contextualised through Stats Perform’s unique Playing Styles framework.
Match Viewer: Using Match Viewer, users can analyse videos from matches played in the season, as well as review changes to a team’s shape during a game. Match Viewer also incorporates a Match Hub, where an analyst can create performance alerts to automatically detect recurring types of play on a match timeline. Match Viewer also includes Shape analysis to better understand the true formation of a team.
Set Play Analysis: The Set Piece analysis feature enables analysts to conduct in-depth analysis from every corner and attacking free kick routine utilised during the season.
Find Videos: Within Find Videos, users can interrogate the Edge Analysis video database to return clips featuring specific on-field events involving a specific team or their opponents. The user can search for events when teams are engaged in specific phases of play, as well as from specific areas of the pitch.
Pattern Analysis: Pattern Analysis automatically detects a team’s most dangerous passing chains, based on how they increase their likelihood of a team scoring. Recurring chains are clustered, automatically detecting specific patterns of play and to assist analysts with identifying the effectiveness of specific chains, each cluster is assigned a Possession Value (PV), based on how they increase goal probability.
Squad Breakdown: Edge Analysis incorporates a detailed breakdown of the different players and roles in a club’s squad, using AI-derived models to quantify their contribution to generating scoring opportunities.
Playlists and Downloads: Users can create and manage an archive of video playlists made up of clips created in Edge Analysis, which can be shared and downloaded from the platform.
Saved Searches: All of a user’s searches made in Set Play Analysis, Find Videos and Pattern Analysis can be saved and archived in ‘Saved Searches’, enabling a user to conduct the same recurring searches throughout the season without the need to manually select the various filters.
Edge Recruitment introduces a new method of assessing players, applying multiple AI-powered models to profile players based on their role in a team.
By defining player roles, recruitment analysts can directly compare players who fit the parameters of each role more objectively. Edge Recruitment incorporates 19 different role types all over the pitch, which have been defined through applying five unique AI models.
Team Overview: Edge Recruitment’s Team Overview enables you to quickly identify a team’s style and their most influential roles, with a detailed breakdown of how each player is performing in their role during the season.

Compatible across tablet, PC and Mac, the Intelligent Sports Framework enables a club, association or league to adopt a more holistic approach to its day-to-day management of all football operations, using personalised technology and a user-defined interface.
The platform allows the club, association or league to license a set-number of logins to its staff, who can use their accounts to create their own personalised dashboard. In doing this they can define and customise which information they would like to view by adding and removing various data and information widgets into their own dashboard.
The ISF incorporates its own ‘live’ global football database, which includes player biographical information from over 520,000 active elite players around the world and match line-ups from over 95,000 fixtures played globally each year.

Competitions: The Competitions app enables users to search through the ISF’s global library of leagues and competitions to review detailed player, team, referee and fixture information.
Advanced Search: The Advanced Search app empowers users to interrogate the ISF’s global database by selecting and filtering from several different player criteria. Users can also use the app to interrogate their own privately entered data, including reports, shortlists, notes and player state information.
Shortlists: The Shortlist app enables a club to centrally manage all players, active at different levels of the game, who have been shortlisted by their recruitment staff. The app enables shortlisted players to be presented in a series of different formations, with quick links to a client’s privately entered data on each shortlisted player.
ISF WIDGET LIST
League Tables/Stats: The League Tables/Stats widget enables a user to quickly view various domestic league tables from their ISF dashboard, which can be expanded to see full player, team, referee and fixture information from the league via the Competitions app.
Fixture Finder: The Fixture Finder widget allows a user to search for matches featuring a specific player or team from the ISF match archive. Searches can be filtered by season and the user has the option to search for every game involving either a single team, or for games featuring two specific teams. Once a search is made, the results will list all games fitting the selected criteria, together with links to each match team sheet and if available, video footage.
Scouting Planner: The Scouting Planner enables the organisation’s Chief Scout and Scouting Coordinator to manage every aspect of their scouting operation on the ISF platform. In addition to assigning specific assignments to individuals, the Planner allows users to manage all organisational aspects of the program, which can be monitored centrally by both senior staff and regional scouts. As well as the central Planner, individual planners can also be set-up for each scout.
Reports: Clients have the ability to build their own bespoke Player and Match Assessment templates to enhance their recruitment data collection. Once the organisation has defined each template, they will also be able to use the ISF’s new Advanced Search facility to interrogate report information, allowing them to identify recurring results and potentially establish number driven indicators to further optimize their scouting processes.
Scouting History: The Scouting History widget provides staff with a complete overview of all of their scouting activity throughout their time at the organisation, together with details of all other reports completed by other staff whose work they have been granted access to by the Club’s ISF administrator.
Shortlists: The Shortlist widget enables a user to quickly view and add players to various lists that are already archived in the Shortlist app. Users can also navigate directly to the app via the widget.
Fixture Calendar: The Fixture Calendar widget allows club staff to add collective league fixtures or individual team fixtures played throughout the current season to a single calendar in their ISF. Once a team or league has been added to a Fixture Calendar, all their fixtures will appear in a pre-populated display which defaults to the current month.
News: The News Feed widget enables club staff to create various different streams of football news into their ISF dashboard. Once a widget has been added, the user can choose from an archive of RSS feeds, filed by country and competition, to pick up breaking news involving a specific player, team or league. If a news feed isn’t already available, brand new feeds can be requested and will be added to the feed library by the Stats Perform team.
Notes: The Notes widget allows users to add various private notes and reminders to their ISF dashboard. All saved notes appear in a list, with the newest appearing at the top, and can be edited or deleted when actioned.
Personal Diary: The Personal Diary widget enables staff to build their own online diary on the ISF Framework. Each member of staff can add their own personal appointments into their diary, as well as link their diary to existing Calendar-driven widgets already stored within the ISF framework.
Data Export: Clubs can export recruitment information stored in their ISF platform.
Highlights.tv: A library of domestic highlights programmes, captured each week by Stats Perform suppliers Xeatre, for major domestic leagues around the world.
