Stats Perform Accessibility Statement
This Policy is provided by and for the Stats Perform group of companies, which includes STATS LLC, located at 203 North LaSalle Street, Office 2182, Suite 2100, Chicago, IL 60601, and Perform Content Services Limited, located at The Point, 37 North Wharf Road, Paddington, W2 1AF, together with their respective subsidiaries. These entities are referred to in this Policy as “Stats Perform.”
Scope and Overview
Stats Perform is committed to promoting accessibility for individuals with disabilities and ensuring that its products, services, and website are accessible for all users.
When undergoing review to improve accessibility, Stats Perform applies the EN 301 549 standard implemented within the European Union’s European Accessibility Act (“EAA”), as harmonized with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA international standard and as transposed under Article 31 of the EAA by national legislation in the various member states.
Product Exemption from EAA Compliance
Many products used for the provision of services marketed in the E.U. predate the EAA effective date and are undergoing modifications to further their accessibility. Stats Perform has undertaken a comprehensive review of its existing product portfolio to bring compliance to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and new products will be evaluated on this basis prior to release.
All current products are exempt from EAA accessibility obligations until the earliest of significant modification, replacement, or 28 June 2030 under paragraph 101 of the EAA.
Website Compliance
The Stats Perform website is currently partially compliant with the EAA.
Stats Perform has engaged a third party to audit and remediate its website and subpages for WCAG level AA compliance, and this process is ongoing. Accordingly, Stats Perform will reevaluate website compliance and update this accessibility statement after the sooner of three months or the conclusion of remediation.
