Support Our Charity Partners
At Stats Perform, we support communities through two key charity partnerships. Globally, we work with Seable to help people with visual impairments enjoy sport and physical activity with confidence and independence. In the UK, where our headquarters are based, we partner with Beder, a suicide prevention charity, participating in mental health football tournaments and other initiatives to promote wellbeing and support local communities.
Opening Access. Changing Lives.
Through our partnership with Seable, we’re helping to broaden access to sport, travel and adventure for people with visual impairments around the world. With the support of Stats Perform, Seable delivers active holidays for hundreds of visually impaired (VI) travellers each year, creating opportunities to explore new destinations with confidence and independence.
As part of this ongoing partnership, a small number of colleagues each year have the opportunity to volunteer as sighted chaperones on Seable’s global excursions. Selected volunteers receive specialist training before travelling with a small group of VI travellers to support them throughout their trip. From trekking and skiing to wine tasting and horse riding, chaperones play a hands-on role in helping participants make the most of every experience.
